The VP of Health Plan Sales is responsible for leading sales strategies and initiatives to expand Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare solutions to health plans and payers, driving growth and adoption of the company's innovative AI Care platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the sales strategy for health plans and enterprise clients.
Manage and grow relationships with key healthcare payers, self-insured employers, and health systems.
Drive revenue growth through new business development and account management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company offerings.
Lead negotiations and close large-scale sales deals with healthcare organizations.
Requirements
Must have a legal right to work in the United States, and immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
Experience in healthcare sales or a related field with a proven track record of success in selling healthcare solutions or services.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies targeting enterprise clients within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including payers, self-insured employers, and national health systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills suitable for engaging with senior-level stakeholders in healthcare organizations.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
Experience working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
