Job Description
The Clinical Video Annotator (Physical Therapist) is responsible for reviewing recorded exercise sessions and providing structured clinical assessments to train and evaluate AI models that understand exercise quality, safety, and proper movement execution at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Review recorded exercise sessions to assess exercise quality, safety, and range of motion
- Provide structured clinical assessments to serve as ground truth for AI training and evaluation
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in assessments across a high volume of videos
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Ability to watch recorded exercise sessions and provide structured clinical assessments that become the ground truth to evaluate and train AI models.
- Experience in assessing exercise quality, including whether movements were performed correctly, safely, and with adequate range of motion, similar to a physical therapist's clinical judgment.
- Ability to perform high-volume, repetitive work by assessing many videos per day using consistent criteria to ensure quality and consistency across assessments.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain consistency and quality in clinical assessments for large datasets.
- Understanding of clinical assessment criteria related to exercise performance, safety, and movement quality.
