Possess hands-on technical leadership experience in software engineering, including designing and maintaining scalable, robust architecture.
Demonstrate experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, including team motivation, performance monitoring, and recruitment of top-tier talent.
Have a strong understanding of backend development, infrastructure, and AI-driven systems relevant to healthcare technology.
Possess at least 3 years of experience in a senior or lead engineering role, with a focus on backend or infrastructure development.
Have a proven track record of establishing technical vision and scaling complex systems in a healthcare or similar domain.
