Job Description
The VP of Commercial Operations at Sword Health is responsible for leading and optimizing the company's commercial functions, including sales, customer success, and channel performance, to support growth and operational excellence within a fast-paced, innovative healthcare technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Commercial Operations function to drive operational excellence.
- Optimize sales, customer success, and channel performance through effective use of tools, data, and processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with business goals.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States, and immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Experience leading or managing a Commercial Operations function within a healthcare, high-tech, or related industry.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives within a commercial organization.
- Strong skills in utilizing tools, data, and processes to optimize sales, customer success, and channel performance.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align commercial operations with broader business goals.
- Experience leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
