Job Description

The VP of Commercial Operations at Sword Health is responsible for leading and optimizing the company's commercial functions, including sales, customer success, and channel performance, to support growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovative healthcare technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Commercial Operations function to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure effective use of tools, data, and processes to optimize sales, customer success, and channel performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align commercial operations with business goals.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must have a legal right to work in the United States, and immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
  • Experience leading or managing a Commercial Operations function within a healthcare, high-tech, or related industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and optimize sales, customer success, and channel performance through effective use of tools, data, and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align operations with broader business goals.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills to leverage insights for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives within a commercial organization.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience working remotely or in hybrid work environments, with the ability to manage flexible working hours.
  • Full-time employment status, with the ability to work regularly at least 25 hours per week.
