Job Description
The VP of Commercial Operations at Sword Health is responsible for leading and optimizing the company's sales, customer success, and channel performance through data-driven strategies, supporting growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Commercial Operations function to optimize sales, customer success, and channel performance.
- Ensure effective use of tools, data, and processes to support operational efficiency and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with business goals.
- Leverage data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and performance.
Requirements
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Experience leading or managing a Commercial Operations function within a healthcare, high-tech, or related industry.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives within a commercial organization.
- Strong skills in leveraging tools, data, and processes to optimize sales, customer success, and channel performance.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align commercial operations with broader business goals.
- Ability to use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Full-time employment commitment, with the ability to work regularly at least 25 hours per week.
- Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills relevant to commercial growth and operational management.
