The VP, Client Partner is responsible for leading and growing strategic health plan partnerships, driving revenue, and ensuring successful collaboration across internal teams to position Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare solutions within payor organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage strategic health plan partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Influence selling strategies, optimize reseller strategies, and ensure successful positioning within payor plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, clinical, and operations to execute partnership initiatives
Develop and execute executive strategy, growth, and commercial expansion within assigned partnerships
Monitor and measure partnership success through growth, revenue, reseller performance, and member engagement outcomes
Requirements
Experience in owning and leading strategic health plan partnerships, with a focus on driving revenue growth, executive alignment, and market expansion.
Strong ability to influence and operate as the senior relationship leader across assigned payor accounts, including influencing selling motion and optimizing reseller strategy.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly visible, externally facing role with executive presence.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Health Plan sales, Employer sales, Channel Sales, product, clinical, Customer Success, Sales, Implementation, Operations, and other stakeholders.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix leadership environment to drive results without direct reports.
Proven success in partnership growth, revenue expansion, reseller performance, and member engagement outcomes.

Full-time employment status with regular working hours of at least 25 hours per week.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure the product is packaged, positioned, and executed in accordance with each plan’s rules of engagement.
