Job Description

The Head of Sales for Europe will lead the sales efforts for Sword's AI health hotline solutions within public health systems, building relationships and driving adoption to reduce healthcare costs and improve patient flow across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI health hotline sales efforts into public health systems across Europe.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within public health systems.
Navigate and manage long procurement cycles to secure sales agreements.
Position Sword's triage technology as a solution to reduce waiting lists, emergency room visits, and improve patient flow.
Align stakeholder interests and facilitate consensus to support sales objectives.

Requirements

Experience in leading sales efforts into public health systems across Europe, with a focus on AI health hotline solutions.
Ability to build relationships across multiple levels of the health system, including navigating procurement cycles that can span up to 18 months.
Proven track record of positioning and selling healthcare technology solutions that reduce waiting lists, emergency room visits, and improve patient flow.
Strong understanding of public health system challenges such as record waiting lists, staffing crises, and financial constraints.
Demonstrated ability to secure stakeholder alignment within complex healthcare environments.
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for AI-driven healthcare products or similar technology solutions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills tailored to public health officials and enterprise clients.
Legal right to work in the UK and be based in the UK, as relocation assistance is not provided.
Knowledge of healthcare procurement processes, especially within public health systems in Europe.
Experience in managing long sales cycles and complex negotiations within the healthcare sector.
