Job Description
The role involves leading the engineering and data science teams to develop and scale AI-powered engagement systems in healthcare, while building a high-performing team and translating complex machine learning systems into scalable solutions to improve healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build AI-powered engagement systems to scale member engagement
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of backend engineers, data scientists, and AI engineers
- Translate complex machine learning systems into accessible, scalable solutions
- Manage and shape the technical strategy to support growth from thousands to tens of thousands of members
- Build the technical foundation to enable scalable, personalized, and intelligent healthcare engagement
Requirements
- Experience in architecting and building AI-powered engagement systems.
- Ability to develop and lead a high-performing team of backend engineers, data scientists, and AI engineers.
- Experience managing a team of backend engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and AI ML engineers.
- Proven ability to translate complex machine learning systems into accessible, scalable solutions that drive member engagement and business growth.
- Experience building the technical foundation to scale from thousands to tens of thousands of members while maintaining personalized, intelligent engagement.
- Ability to shape technical strategy and apply cutting-edge AI to improve healthcare outcomes.
- Legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
