The Regional Vice President, Health Plan Sales Medicare Advantage, is responsible for driving growth and building strategic partnerships within the Medicare Advantage and Managed Care markets by promoting Sword Health's AI Care platform to payers and healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth within the health plan segment by securing, expanding, and deepening strategic partnerships with payers, focusing on Medicare Advantage and Managed Care markets
Own regional market development, build a high-quality pipeline, and lead end-to-end deal execution for complex government program opportunities
Cultivate executive-level relationships to position Sword's AI Care platform as a solution to improve member outcomes, reduce medical spend, and enhance Star Ratings
Accelerate enterprise adoption of Sword's solutions within Medicare Advantage, Dual-Eligible D-SNP, and Medicare Supplement lines of business
Collaborate with other Regional Vice Presidents to share market intelligence and align on national account strategies to grow presence in Medicare and government sectors
Requirements
Deep payer expertise with experience in the Medicare Advantage (MA) and Managed Care markets, including a proven track record of securing, expanding, and deepening strategic partnerships with leading payers.
Ability to own regional market development, build a high-quality pipeline, and lead end-to-end deal execution for complex opportunities within the government programs sector.
Experience as the primary commercial representative for Medicare Advantage, with the ability to cultivate executive-level relationships and position Sword’s AI Care platform as a category-defining solution to improve member outcomes, reduce medical spend, and enhance Star Ratings.
Proven ability to accelerate enterprise adoption specifically within Medicare Advantage, Dual-Eligible D-SNP, and Medicare Supplement lines of business.
High-impact, consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate and influence complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
Strong executive presence and ability to serve as a strategic peer within a team of Regional Vice Presidents, sharing market intelligence and aligning on national account strategies to accelerate growth within the Medicare and Government sectors.

Full-time employment status with regular work hours of at least 25 hours per week.
