Job Description
The Head of Product is responsible for leading the strategic planning, operational management, and overall vision of a business unit or product within Sword Health, driving business growth, profitability, and collaboration across teams in an AI-driven healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic planning and operational management of the product or business unit
- Set the vision and long-term goals for the product or department
- Provide leadership to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage budgeting processes and financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure strategic alignment
- Make high-level decisions impacting the organization
- Optimize revenue and control costs through data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Experience overseeing the entire operation of a business unit or product, including strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, and overall leadership responsibilities.
- Ability to play a key role in strategic alignment and collaboration with partners from all functional teams.
- Experience setting the vision and long-term goals for departments or business units and making decisions at the highest organizational level that might impact the entire organization.
- Proven ability to provide visionary leadership to drive business growth and profitability.
- Experience managing the budgeting process and financial performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and control costs.
- Preferable background knowledge of US healthcare industry.
