The Strategy and Ops Team Lead at Sword Health is responsible for driving operational excellence by leading high-impact projects that leverage AI and data to automate workflows, optimize capacity, and support the company's growth, while mentoring a high-performing team in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Experience in leading operational initiatives that leverage AI and data to automate workflows, optimize capacity, and scale organizational impact.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact work streams and drive operational excellence across an organization.
- Experience in strategic project ownership and mentorship of a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to partner across different functions to turn complex challenges into streamlined, AI-enhanced operational solutions.
