Job Description
A Strategy and Operations Associate at Sword Health supports the marketing team by analyzing campaign and business performance data to drive growth and revenue, helping to expand enrollment across clients, employers, and health plans in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing team to drive client enrollments in the US
- Analyze campaign, channel, client, and business performance data
- Extract insights from data to inform growth strategies
- Lead cross-functional operational initiatives to achieve growth and revenue goals
Requirements
- Support the Marketing team to drive enrollments across Clients, key employers, and health plans in the US.
- Perform deep analysis of campaign, channel, Client, and business performance to help achieve growth and revenue goals.
- Be data savvy and self-starter, with the ability to analyze performance using Google Sheets and Looker.
- Extract insights from data that propel growth and lead cross-functional operational initiatives.
- Possess a desire to develop business or B2C marketing strategies in a strategy or analytics consulting firm or at a high growth tech company.
- Candidates must possess a valid working Visa of the resident country and be based in Portugal only.
- Candidates must have a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
