Job Description
A Strategy and Operations Associate supporting the marketing team by analyzing campaign and business performance data to drive growth and revenue, while helping to build a global, AI-powered healthcare platform focused on reducing pain and improving lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing team to drive client enrollments across key stakeholders in the US
- Analyze campaign, channel, client, and business performance data
- Extract insights from performance data to inform growth strategies
- Lead cross-functional operational initiatives to achieve growth and revenue goals
Requirements
- Support the Marketing team to drive enrollments across Clients, key employers, and health plans in the US.
- Perform deep analysis of campaign, channel, Client, and business performance to help achieve growth and revenue goals.
- Be data savvy and self-starter, with the ability to analyze performance using Google Sheets and Looker.
- Extract insights from data that propel growth and lead cross-functional operational initiatives.
- Possess a desire to develop business or B2C marketing strategies in a strategy or analytics consulting firm or at a high growth tech company.
- Candidates must possess a valid working Visa of the resident country and be based in Portugal only.
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
