Job Description
The Staff Research ML Engineer will develop and implement advanced AI and machine learning solutions to enhance personalized clinical care, including working on end-to-end AI treatment management systems and building AI-driven patient engagement tools within the healthcare technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI and ML solutions for personalized clinical care at scale
- Design and implement end-to-end AI treatment management systems
- Build and refine AI components such as prompt engineering, RAG implementations, and model fine-tuning
- Create and improve agentic workflows for AI-driven patient engagement and clinical guidance
Requirements
- Experience developing AI and ML solutions that power personalized clinical care at scale.
- Proficiency in end-to-end AI treatment management systems, including handling complete care pathways from initial assessment through intervention selection and progress monitoring across various therapeutic domains.
- Experience building and deploying AI systems such as Phoenix, an AI Care Specialist that engages in ongoing dialogue with patients and provides clinical guidance throughout their recovery journey.
- Strong skills in prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations, model fine-tuning, and agentic workflows.
- Ability to leverage both generative AI and classical machine learning depending on the problem requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience working remotely in a Europe-based environment or similar remote work settings.
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex AI/ML projects within a team developing healthcare solutions.
