Job Description
The Staff Product Manager will lead the development of new initiatives within Sword Health's AI Care platform, driving innovation in digital healthcare solutions across Europe in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop the vision and strategy for new initiatives within the AI Care platform.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative healthcare solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and translate them into product requirements and roadmaps.
Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- If based in Portugal, candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Experience in product management, specifically related to new initiatives or AI-driven healthcare platforms.
- Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams in a remote work environment within Europe.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, especially in AI healthcare solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across different regions and teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting within Europe.
- Demonstrated experience in managing or developing healthcare products or services, preferably with a focus on AI or digital health.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding their healthcare needs.
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning and execution of new healthcare initiatives.
