Job Description
A Senior Product Manager role focused on shaping and advancing Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare products, requiring strategic thinking, fast action, and impactful delivery within a fully remote, Europe-wide setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the future of Sword's products through strategic planning and execution
- Act quickly to deliver impactful product solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product features
- Drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product strategy
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs
Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- If based in Portugal, candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Full-time employment with a commitment to regularly work at least 25 hours per week.
- Experience in product management, specifically in shaping and delivering healthcare or AI-driven products (implied by the senior product manager role).
- Ability to think strategically, act quickly, and deliver impactful results.
- Proven experience in managing or leading product development from conception to launch (implied by the senior role and responsibilities).
