Job Description

The Senior Partner Operations Manager will oversee and optimize partner relationships and operations to support Sword's innovative AI-driven healthcare platform, ensuring efficient delivery of services and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize partner operations to support AI healthcare initiatives
Manage relationships with enterprise clients and partners
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of partner services
Develop and implement strategies to scale partner programs and improve efficiency
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
Full-time employment with regular working hours of at least 25 hours per week.
Experience in managing partner operations or similar roles, with a demonstrated ability to oversee and optimize partner relationships and operational processes.
Proven skills in healthcare or AI-driven healthcare environments, with an understanding of medical reasoning, safety, and real-time treatment protocols.
Ability to work in a remote-first company environment, demonstrating self-management and effective communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Experience with or knowledge of healthcare cost reduction strategies and enterprise client management.
Ability to analyze and interpret clinical studies, patents, and healthcare data to inform operational decisions.
Experience in developing or managing programs that integrate physical activity, therapeutic exercise, psychotherapy, nutrition, and behavior change into a connected care experience.
Demonstrated impact in a role that involves scaling healthcare solutions or AI platforms at an enterprise level.
Understanding of the regulatory and legal considerations related to healthcare and AI applications, including compliance with applicable federal and state civil rights laws.
