Job Description
A Senior Machine Learning Engineer responsible for developing and deploying AI solutions to improve patient outcomes and support Sword Health's mission to eliminate pain, working within a fast-growing, innovative healthcare technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models to support AI Care solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into products.
- Optimize and maintain ML algorithms for scalability and performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the Greek language is required.
- Experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role involving AI development and deployment.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.
- Ability to develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.
- Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively share technical information with team members and stakeholders.
