Key Responsibilities
Conduct foundational research to develop AI systems capable of sustained, multimodal patient engagement.

Requirements
Possess a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 3 years of research experience in AI, machine learning, or a related area, demonstrated through publications, projects, or industry experience.
Proven expertise in multimodal perception, including experience with fusing video, language, and speech modalities for AI systems.
Experience with memory systems and multi-turn reinforcement learning for long-horizon treatment planning or similar sequential decision-making processes.
Ability to conduct foundational research that advances AI capabilities for clinical care, including designing and implementing novel models and algorithms.
Experience with deploying AI models into practical applications that support real-time, autonomous clinical care at scale.
Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences and clinical journals demonstrating scientific rigor and impact.
Ability to operate at the intersection of research and product development, balancing scientific innovation with practical implementation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information in high-pressure environments.
