The Revenue Operations Analyst will support healthcare and digital health finance operations by analyzing data, improving manual processes, and leveraging AI to enhance profitability and cash collection efforts within a fast-paced, AI-driven healthcare company.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and improve digital health finance operations and processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support product monetization and profitability initiatives.
Identify and implement operational improvements to accelerate cash collections.
Manipulate and analyze data to generate insights for finance decision-making.
Support organization-wide initiatives related to profitability and manual process automation.
Requirements
A background in healthcare and a foundational understanding of the complexity in digital health finance operations.
Experience working cross-functionally and digging into Product, Commercial, and Operational processes that tie directly to Sword’s product monetization.
Experience working on organization-wide initiatives related to profitability operations.
Ability to improve existing manual processes that support exponential growth.
Creative thinking on how to leverage AI to improve team processes and operational improvements that accelerate cash collections.
Comfort manipulating data to drive insights.
Motivated to learn and eager to make an impact on finance operations at a fast-paced AI-driven healthcare company.
Self-starter who craves a challenge, can move quickly, and questions the status quo.
Ability to see the big picture while being willing to roll up sleeves and get hands dirty.
Experience in health tech and/or management consulting.
Knowledge of healthcare provider Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a plus, but not required.
