Job Description

The Customer Success Manager role involves managing the end-to-end client lifecycle within the NHS sector, focusing on navigating procurement, governance, and stakeholder relationships to ensure client retention and growth for an AI-driven healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle within the NHS context
  • Navigate complex NHS procurement, governance, and stakeholder landscapes
  • Drive client retention and account expansion

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of NHS operations and stakeholder management is essential.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and Google Sheets to tell a compelling story through metrics.
  • Ability to navigate complex NHS procurement, governance, and stakeholder landscapes.
  • Experience in managing the end-to-end client lifecycle to drive retention and account expansion.
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be based in the UK.
