Job Description
The Senior ML Engineer will develop and maintain AI and ML solutions for an end-to-end mental health platform, focusing on building core AI agents, prompt engineering, memory orchestration, and model fine-tuning to support comprehensive mental health care pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI and ML solutions for the mental health platform
- Build and maintain the core AI agent, including prompt engineering, memory orchestration, RAG, and agentic workflows
- Contribute to model fine-tuning and optimization for mental health applications
Requirements
- Develop AI and ML solutions for an end-to-end mental health platform, including building and maintaining the core agent spanning the full AI stack such as prompt engineering, memory orchestration, RAG, agentic workflows, and potentially model fine-tuning.
- Experience in developing and maintaining AI systems that manage complete care pathways, from initial assessment and intervention selection to continuous progress monitoring across various therapeutic domains.
- Proficiency in full AI stack development, including prompt engineering, memory orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows.
- Ability to contribute to model fine-tuning processes for AI models used within the platform.
- Strong technical skills in AI and machine learning relevant to healthcare applications.
- Educational background or equivalent experience in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields.
- Experience working on AI solutions in healthcare, mental health, or related domains is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- Ability to work remotely within Europe (UK) region, with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
