Job Description
A Senior Marketing Designer responsible for creating a cohesive and impactful brand experience across various marketing channels to support the launch and growth of Sword Health's new D2C mental health product, focusing on visual storytelling that combines complex concepts with effective design for business and user value.
Key Responsibilities
- Create cohesive, premium brand experiences across marketing channels including landing pages, social assets, emails, billboards, and ad creatives.
- Partner with marketing teams (Lifecycle, Performance Marketing, Brand, Social Media) to translate complex psychological concepts into effective visual narratives.
- Design visual content that balances aesthetic appeal with business and user value impact.
- Contribute to building and launching a new D2C mental health product from stealth to market, especially during the pre-launch phase.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing for marketing channels, including high-converting landing pages, social assets, emails, out of home billboards, and performance-driven ad creative.
- Ability to create a cohesive, premium brand experience across multiple touchpoints that builds immediate trust and emotional resonance with users.
- Strong visual storytelling skills to turn complex psychological concepts into simple, stunning, and effective visual narratives.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional marketing teams such as Lifecycle, Performance Marketing, Brand, and Social Media to align design strategies with business and user value impact.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, especially during product pre-launch phases.
- Experience in building or launching new products from stealth to market, with a focus on growth from day zero.
- Must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa, as the position does not offer relocation assistance.
- Candidates must be able to work remotely with flexible working hours and have the legal right to work in Portugal.
