Job Description
The Senior Implementation Manager, Health Plans, is responsible for delivering, optimizing, and scaling high-quality onboarding experiences for health plan customers within the digital healthcare space, supporting the company's mission to reduce pain through AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality onboarding experience for health plan customers
- Manage and optimize implementation processes within the digital healthcare space
- Scale implementation efforts to support rapid portfolio growth
Requirements
- Significant experience managing implementations or deployments within the digital healthcare space.
- Ability to deliver, optimize, and scale a high-quality onboarding experience for health plan customers.
- Passion for the mission to free 2 billion people from physical pain.
- Legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Full-time employment status with regular work hours of at least 25 hours per week.
