The Senior Commercial Counsel will advise on and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts across UK and European operations, providing legal guidance to support business growth while managing risk and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

Requirements

- Legal guidance provided must be pragmatic and support the achievement of business commercial goals while managing risk.
- Ensuring compliance with UK, EU, and EU member state laws, as well as relevant international legal considerations.
- Legal qualification and relevant professional experience in commercial law (implied by the seniority level).
