Job Description
The Senior Commercial Counsel will advise on and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts across UK and European operations, providing legal guidance to support business growth while managing risks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

Requirements
- Provide pragmatic legal guidance to stakeholders and advise the business on a broad range of commercial contracts across UK and European operations.
- Negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts to support business objectives.
- Help the business achieve its commercial goals while effectively managing risk.
- Ensure compliance with UK, EU, and EU member state laws and relevant international considerations.
- Have a thorough understanding of UK, EU, and EU member state laws relevant to commercial contracts and compliance.
- Possess the ability to provide legal advice that aligns with international legal standards and considerations.
- Demonstrate experience in advising on and negotiating commercial contracts in a corporate or legal environment.
- Have the ability to manage legal risks associated with commercial agreements and transactions.
- Possess strong communication skills to provide clear and pragmatic legal guidance to stakeholders.
- Be able to work remotely and independently within the UK and European legal frameworks.
