Job Description
A Senior Backend Engineer on the AI Team at Sword Health is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the infrastructure that supports machine learning-powered clinical features, decision support systems, and innovations in Generative AI, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure products that deliver personalized, data-driven healthcare solutions.

- Strong knowledge of backend development skills relevant to AI and healthcare applications.
- Ability to work on developing and maintaining scalable, secure, and robust backend systems that support personalized, data-driven care.
- Eagerness to work deeply with AI technologies, including machine learning and generative AI.
- Experience in building infrastructure that supports ML-powered features and decision support systems.
