Job Description
A strategic and operational role responsible for driving sales success by streamlining processes, executing global strategies, and building scalable commercial operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales, legal, and finance teams to scale and build a high-performing commercial organization
- Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Execute commercially sound agreements in alignment with global strategy
- Act as the central point for deal execution and coordination
Requirements
- Experience in sales strategy and operations, with a proven track record of partnering with sales, legal, and finance teams to scale and build a commercial organization
- Ability to streamline sales processes and deliver on global sales strategies
- Experience in executing commercially sound agreements
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for building scalable processes
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with multiple departments including Sales, Legal, and Finance
- Ability to act as a central point for deal execution within the organization
- Experience in developing and implementing sales operational processes and strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-impact role with a focus on commercial success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Legal authorization to work in Portugal, including possession of a valid EU visa
- Based in Portugal, with no relocation assistance provided
- Ability to work remotely and flexible working hours
