Job Description
A strategic and operational role responsible for driving sales success by streamlining processes, executing global strategies, and building scalable commercial operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales, legal, and finance teams to scale and build a high-performing commercial organization
- Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Execute commercially sound agreements aligned with global strategy
- Act as the central point for deal execution and coordination
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or a related role, with a proven track record of partnering with sales, legal, and finance teams to scale and build commercial organizations.
- Demonstrate strong ability to streamline sales processes, deliver on global strategy, and execute commercially sound agreements.
- Be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building scalable processes.
- Have excellent collaboration skills to partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams for deal execution and process improvement.
- Possess a strategic and operational mindset with the ability to act as a central nervous system for deal execution.
- Be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa, as the position does not offer relocation assistance.
- Have the legal right to work in Portugal, complying with applicable employment and immigration laws.
