The Sales Readiness Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and executing enablement programs to equip the sales team with the knowledge, content, and skills needed to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue in the payor channel, supporting the Payor Partner Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute the Sales Readiness program for the Payor Partner Success organization
Equip the sales team with knowledge, content, and skills to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue growth in the payor channel
Partner with Payor Sales leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement programs with business objectives
Requirements
Design, development, and execution of the Sales Readiness program for the Payor Partner Success organization to ensure the sales team is equipped with the knowledge, content, and skills necessary to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue growth in the payor channel.
Partner closely with Payor Sales leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement programs with key business objectives.
Support the Payor and Partner sales organization through enablement programs.
Have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
Full-time employment with a requirement to regularly work at least 25 hours per week.
