Job Description
The role involves leading government and occupational health services in Canada for Sword Health, focusing on expanding access to personalized musculoskeletal physiotherapy solutions through innovative healthcare technologies and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop government and occupational health sales strategies in Canada.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, insurers, health systems, and employers.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts within the government and OHS sectors.
Requirements
- Experience in a senior leadership role such as Regional Vice President (RVP) or equivalent within the healthcare, insurance, or related industries.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams across multiple regions or territories, demonstrating ability to scale operations and drive growth.
- Strong understanding of government healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance requirements in Canada.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to engage with government agencies, insurers, health systems, and corporate clients.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to expand healthcare services and partnerships within the government sector and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) domains in Canada.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with government bodies, insurers, and large corporate clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- Ability to travel as required within Canada to meet with clients, partners, and government officials.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Understanding of musculoskeletal care, physiotherapy, or digital health solutions is preferred but not explicitly mandatory; the focus is on healthcare leadership experience.
