Job Description
The Revenue Operations Manager at Sword Health is responsible for optimizing top-of-funnel activities such as business development, lead generation, and consultant relations, partnering with sales and marketing teams to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational efficiency of top-of-funnel activities including business development, consultant relations, and lead generation.
- Manage strategic projects to support client acquisition and expansion of relationships with consultants and brokers.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Consultant Relations, and Business Development teams to ensure data-driven and scalable outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven track record of supporting business development teams and driving results in a highly analytical role.
- Experience in overseeing strategic projects that support company growth, particularly in acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with consultants and brokers.
- Ability to partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Consultant Relations, and Business Development teams to drive operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of top-of-funnel activities, including business development, consultant relations, and lead generation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to support operational efficiency of outreach initiatives that are data-driven and scalable.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills with the ability to support and optimize business development processes.
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Ability to work remotely and flexible working hours, with work from home options.
