Job Description

The Regional Vice President, Public Sector is responsible for driving growth and new business development within public sector organizations, managing a mid-market territory, and navigating complex procurement processes to deliver cost-effective healthcare solutions through Sword Health’s AI-driven platform.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage a mid-market territory within public sector organizations.
Source, develop, and close new business opportunities with government, education, and quasi-public entities.
Navigate complex procurement and contracting cycles in the public sector.
Achieve sales quotas through building relationships with multi-stakeholder buying groups.
Help organizations realize cost savings and clinical outcomes using Sword's digital health solutions.

Requirements

Experience in sourcing, developing, and closing new business within public sector organizations such as state and local government, public higher education, K-12 districts, and quasi-public entities.
Strong public-sector expertise with the ability to navigate complex procurement and contracting cycles.
Comfort with multi-stakeholder buying groups in the public sector.
Proven track record in a quota-carrying, individual-contributor sales role.
Ability to help organizations achieve meaningful cost savings while delivering measurable clinical outcomes and ROI through digital MSK and Care solutions.
Legal right to work in the United States; no immigration or work visa sponsorship will be provided.
Full-time employment status with regular work hours of at least 25 hours per week.
