Job Description

The Regional Vice President, Health Plan Sales Medicare Advantage, is responsible for driving growth by establishing and expanding strategic partnerships within the Medicare Advantage and Managed Care markets, positioning Sword's AI Care platform as a leading solution to improve member outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth within the health plan segment by securing, expanding, and deepening strategic partnerships with payers, focusing on Medicare Advantage and Managed Care markets
  • Own regional market development, build a high-quality pipeline, and lead end-to-end deal execution for complex government program opportunities
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships to position Sword's AI Care platform as a solution to improve member outcomes, reduce medical spend, and enhance Star Ratings
  • Accelerate enterprise adoption of Sword's solutions within Medicare Advantage, Dual-Eligible D-SNP, and Medicare Supplement lines of business
  • Collaborate with other Regional Vice Presidents to share market intelligence and align on national account strategies to grow presence in Medicare and Government sectors

Requirements

  • Deep payer expertise with experience in the Medicare Advantage (MA) and Managed Care markets, including the ability to secure, expand, and deepen strategic partnerships with leading payers.
  • Experience in owning regional market development, building a high-quality pipeline, and leading end-to-end deal execution for complex opportunities within the government programs sector.
  • Proven ability to cultivate executive-level relationships and position a healthcare platform as a category-defining solution to improve member outcomes, reduce medical spend, and enhance Star Ratings.
  • Experience in accelerating enterprise adoption specifically within Medicare Advantage, Dual-Eligible D-SNP, and Medicare Supplement lines of business.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Ability to collaborate heavily within a team of Regional Vice Presidents, share market intelligence, and align on national account strategies to accelerate growth within the Medicare and Government sectors.
  • Legal right to work in the United States; no immigration or work visa sponsorship will be provided.
