Job Description
The Quality and Training Manager is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes and developing training programs to ensure high standards and continuous improvement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and training programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to quality and training
Requirements
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Experience in quality management and training within a healthcare or related environment.
- Ability to develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance and training programs.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of improving quality processes and training effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess quality and training outcomes.
- Experience in managing or leading quality and training teams or initiatives.
- Physical and mental capacity to perform responsibilities related to quality oversight and training activities.
