Job Description
The AI Product Manager will lead the development and implementation of AI-powered healthcare solutions at Sword Health, focusing on creating innovative care experiences that improve patient outcomes and scale the company's impact globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-powered clinician and member experiences to enhance care quality and scale
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build decision support systems and AI solutions like Phoenix
- Manage the product lifecycle of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Candidates must have experience working in a product management role related to AI, machine learning, or software development.
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of AI Care or similar healthcare AI applications, including decision support systems and clinician/member experience enhancement.
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work across a platform that integrates machine learning and software development to enable AI-powered healthcare solutions.
- Candidates should have experience in managing or contributing to projects that involve AI-powered decision support systems, such as Phoenix or similar systems.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple continents.
- Candidates should have a track record of delivering AI or software products that improve care quality and scale, with a focus on human-centered design.
- Candidates must be committed to the company's core values, including doing it for the patients every day and delivering more than expected for members and clients.
- Candidates should have the ability to work remotely with flexible working hours and be self-motivated to manage their workload effectively.
- Candidates must be willing to participate in English classes if necessary, as part of the onboarding or ongoing development process.
