A QA Analyst responsible for designing and executing testing strategies to ensure the quality, reliability, and seamless user experience of Sword Health's new direct-to-consumer mental health platform, from pre-launch to post-launch, while maintaining user trust and privacy.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop testing strategies for new features, experiments, and landing pages
Ensure user experiences and marketing materials are seamless, reliable, and high-performing across all devices
Act as the final gatekeeper of quality for the product
Identify and address issues to maintain user trust and privacy in a sensitive mental health environment
Collaborate with the team to support the product's pre-launch phase and drive quality from day zero
Requirements
Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
Experience in designing and implementing testing strategies from scratch for digital products, including features, experiments, and landing pages.
Ability to ensure user experiences are seamless, reliable, and high-performing across all devices.
Meticulous and proactive approach to quality assurance.
Experience in testing user experiences and marketing materials for digital products, specifically in the mental health space.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and thrive in a lean, team-oriented setting.
Understanding of user trust and privacy considerations in mental health digital products.
Experience with pixel-perfect quality assurance for digital interfaces.
