Job Description
A Doctoral-level Clinical Psychologist is sought to join Sword Health's mental health initiative, providing direct support to members through a digital platform to promote mental wellness using evidence-based lifestyle changes, in a start-up environment focused on innovative, scalable care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct member support through the digital platform to promote mental wellness.
- Help individuals implement evidence-based lifestyle changes for lasting mental health improvements.
- Apply clinical expertise to deliver transformative mental health care at scale.
Requirements
- Doctoral-level Clinical Psychologist degree (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.
- Legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Experience in providing direct member support through a digital platform or similar technology-based environment.
- Ability to help individuals build lasting mental wellness through evidence-based lifestyle changes.
- Full-time employment availability with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
