Job Description
A part-time remote role focused on enabling scalable pelvic health care delivery through non-clinical onboarding consultations, collecting member information, and coordinating with a dedicated Women's Health Specialist to support long-term pelvic health improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct non-clinical onboarding video and audio consultations with new members to collect information and guide initial setup.
- Compile, process, and discuss member information with the Women’s Health Specialist.
- Provide a comprehensive intake summary to the Women’s Health Specialist.
- Ensure seamless transfer of members to the Women’s Health Specialist for long-term care management.
Requirements
- Completion of either Pelvic Health Physical Therapy 1 (PH1) through APTA, Pelvic Floor Level 1 (PF1) through Herman Wallace, or Pelvic Health I through Evidence in Motion
- Legal right to work in the United States (no immigration or work visa sponsorship will be provided)
