Job Description
A part-time remote role focused on enabling scalable pelvic care delivery by conducting non-clinical onboarding consultations with new members, collecting their information, and coordinating with specialists to ensure long-term pelvic health management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct non-clinical onboarding video and audio consultations with new members to collect information and guide initial setup
- Compile, process, and discuss member information with the Women’s Health Specialist
- Provide a comprehensive intake summary to the Pelvic Health Specialist
- Ensure seamless transfer of members to the dedicated Women’s Health Specialist for long-term care management
Requirements
- The candidate must have the legal right to work in the United States, and immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- This is a part-time position with hours fluctuating between 10 hours per week and 20 hours per week.
- The candidate must be able to conduct non-clinical onboarding video and audio consultations with new members, designed to collect their information, guide initial setup, and lay the foundation to achieve long-term changes in pelvic health.
- The candidate must be able to compile, process, and discuss member information with the dedicated Women’s Health Specialist.
- The candidate must be able to provide a comprehensive intake summary to the dedicated Pelvic Health Specialist.
- The candidate must ensure seamless transfer of members to the dedicated Women’s Health Specialist, who will then assign their specific program and manage their care long-term.
- The candidate must be fully remote within the US, working within the time zones applicable to the position.
