A part-time remote role responsible for conducting non-clinical onboarding consultations with new members to facilitate pelvic health care, gather member information, and coordinate with specialists to ensure seamless care transfer and long-term health improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct non-clinical onboarding video and audio consultations with new members
Collect member information and guide initial setup for pelvic health
Compile, process, and discuss member information with the Women’s Health Specialist
Provide a comprehensive intake summary to the Pelvic Health Specialist
Ensure seamless transfer of members to the dedicated Women’s Health Specialist for long-term care management
Requirements
Must have the legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
Must be able to work between 10 hours per week and 20 hours per week, as this is a variable-time position.
Must conduct non-clinical onboarding video and audio consultations with new members to collect their information, guide initial setup, and lay the foundation for long-term pelvic health changes.
Must compile, process, and discuss member information with the dedicated Women’s Health Specialist.
Must provide a comprehensive intake summary to the dedicated Pelvic Health Specialist.
Must ensure seamless transfer of members to the dedicated Women’s Health Specialist, who will then assign their specific program and manage their care long-term.
Must be able to perform these duties remotely within the US, as the position is fully remote and US-only.
Must be available to work in a flexible schedule within the specified hours (10 to 20 hours per week).
