Job Description
The Outbound Specialist is responsible for converting leads into members by guiding them through the enrollment process and providing excellent customer support, as part of the growth team dedicated to expanding access to Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare programs.

- Provide support and assistance to potential members
Requirements
- Proactive and organized Outbound Specialist with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
- Experience in converting leads into members, guiding them through the enrollment process, and providing support to ensure a positive experience.
- Ability to collaborate with a goal-oriented, supportive team and work toward clear weekly and monthly goals.
- Legal right to work in the United States; no immigration or work visa sponsorship will be provided.
