Collaborate with the Growth team to achieve weekly and monthly enrollment goals
Requirements
Proactive and organized Outbound Specialist with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
Experience in converting leads into members and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Ability to ensure members receive the best possible support during enrollment.
Ability to collaborate with goal-oriented, supportive teammates and work toward clear weekly and monthly goals.
Full-time employment with a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
