Job Description
A proactive and organized Outbound Specialist responsible for converting leads into members by guiding them through enrollment and providing excellent customer support, contributing to the expansion of Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads into members by guiding them through the enrollment process
- Provide support to potential members to ensure a positive onboarding experience
- Collaborate with the Growth team to achieve weekly and monthly enrollment goals
Requirements
- Proactive and organized Outbound Specialist with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
- Experience in converting leads into members and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Ability to ensure members receive the best possible support during enrollment.
- Ability to collaborate with goal-oriented, supportive teammates and work toward clear weekly and monthly goals.
- Full-time employment with a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
