Job Description
The Operations Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to support Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare platform, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations within the AI Care platform.
- Align operational processes with company goals to enhance healthcare delivery and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and scalability of healthcare services.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Candidates must have experience in operations strategy, healthcare, or related fields (specific years of experience not provided but implied as mandatory).
- Ability to develop, implement, and oversee operational strategies to support the company's shift towards AI-first healthcare solutions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including cost reduction strategies and enterprise client management.
- Excellent skills in strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and metrics related to healthcare operations and AI platform performance.
- Experience working with or managing AI or digital health platforms is required.
- Ability to work remotely and manage remote teams or stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the role.
