Job Description

The Regional Sales Director for NHS Markets will lead engagement and sales efforts across UK healthcare institutions to promote and implement Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare solutions, aiming to transform care delivery, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes within the NHS system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead top-down and bottom-up engagement with NHS entities including ICSs, Trusts, NHS England, and DHSC
  • Build and maintain relationships with NHS stakeholders
  • Shape adoption of Sword's healthcare solutions within the NHS system
  • Drive commercial success across Sword's portfolio including MSK, Prehab, Women’s Health, and Mental Health solutions

Requirements

  • Experience in leading sales engagements with NHS markets, including top-down and bottom-up approaches across Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), Trusts, NHS England, and the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC).
  • Proven ability to build relationships and shape adoption of healthcare solutions within the UK healthcare system, particularly with NHS entities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving commercial success for healthcare portfolios, specifically in areas such as MSK (Musculoskeletal), Prehab, Women’s Health, and Mental Health solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare market, NHS structure, and the needs for scalable, cost-saving, patient-centered healthcare innovations.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers and stakeholders at various levels within NHS organizations to promote adoption of Sword Health’s solutions.
  • Experience in healthcare sales, business development, or related roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills tailored to complex healthcare environments.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK as required to engage with NHS clients and stakeholders.
