Job Description

The Marketing Lead will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Kaia's AI pain care solution for back pain, focusing on driving user enrollment, engagement, and retention through creative campaigns, data analysis, and team leadership in a full-stack marketing role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute marketing campaigns to drive member enrollments, engagement, and retention
  • Own the entire marketing funnel, including A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • Develop and shape brand messaging and narrative to differentiate Kaia in the market
  • Create and manage B2B and B2C marketing content across multiple channels (email, direct mail, SMS, ads, webinars, events, blog)
  • Analyze performance data to optimize marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness
  • Build and lead a marketing team to execute strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading marketing efforts, including owning and executing the entire marketing funnel to drive member enrollments, engagement, and long-term retention.
  • Experience in designing and implementing campaigns that include B2B and B2C messaging across multiple channels such as email, direct mail, SMS, performance marketing ads, webinars, events materials, and content creation for organic blogs.
  • Ability to lead top to bottom funnel A/B testing and optimize conversion rates across enrollment and lifecycle journeys.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze performance data and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience in building and leading a marketing team, including team management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent creative writing skills for developing compelling messaging and brand narratives.
  • Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Member Operations, and Executive leadership.
  • Ability to work in a highly visible, full-stack marketing leadership role that requires blending creativity, performance rigor, and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns, particularly within the healthcare or digital health sector is implied by the context, though not explicitly stated as mandatory.
