Job Description

The Lead Product Manager at Sword Health is responsible for guiding the development and execution of product strategies to advance AI-powered healthcare solutions, ultimately helping to build a global, accessible, and impactful pain management platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies to advance AI Care solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and features.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Oversee product lifecycle from conception to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Must have a legal right to work in the United States; for candidates in Portugal, must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal; no relocation assistance will be provided
  • Must have experience in leading product management functions, including developing product strategies, roadmaps, and managing product lifecycle
  • Must have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex products or projects, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking
  • Must possess strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams
  • Must have excellent communication skills to articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to stakeholders at all levels
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related role
  • Must have experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Must have a strong understanding of AI and healthcare technology, or a willingness to learn and apply such knowledge
  • Must be committed to the company's core values, including doing it for the patients every day and delivering more than expected
  • Must be able to work full-time, regularly working at least 25 hours per week in the US or be based in Portugal with a valid EU visa
  • Must be able to participate in remote work arrangements, with access to necessary technology and a suitable work environment
  • Must demonstrate passion, commitment, and energy to help scale the company's global impact
