Job Description
The Intake Physical Therapist at Sword Health conducts onboarding consultations with members to gather information, address initial questions, and set the foundation for their treatment program, all while working remotely in a part-time, flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding video and audio consultations with members at the start of their program
- Address high-level questions from members and establish behavioral change foundations
- Process member information to create a brief for the treatment physical therapist
- Create handoff notes to ensure proper follow-up by the treatment PT
- Assist treatment PTs by addressing additional questions about members
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy
- Must be a licensed physical therapist
- Experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients/members
- Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach
- Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a variable schedule of 10 to 20 hours per week, with the specific number of hours assigned by the company each week
- Must share your availability for the following month at least 30 days in advance
