Job Description
A part-time Intake Physical Therapist working remotely to conduct onboarding consultations, gather member information, and facilitate the initial stages of treatment programs for patients with musculoskeletal disorders, supporting the company's mission to reduce pain using AI-powered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding video and audio consultations with members at program start
- Address high-level questions from members and establish behavioral change foundations
- Process member information to prepare treatment briefs for physical therapists
- Create handoff notes to ensure proper follow-up by treatment physical therapists
- Address additional questions from treatment physical therapists regarding members
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy
- Must be a licensed physical therapist
- Experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients/members
- Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach
- Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a variable schedule of 10 to 20 hours per week, with the specific number of hours assigned by the company each week
- Must share your availability for the following month at least 30 days in advance
